  2. I’m Japanese and I have some problems.
    I can’t connect to Tokyo server.
    WhatIsMyIp says the server is in the US if I select Tokyo server.
    Some websites also say “You can’t access this website from outside Japan”.
    Is Tokyo server down?

      Most of the geolocation services, like WhatIsMyIP and SpeedTest, update their IP databases rarely. Our Japan server is located in Tokyo. You can check it again using the following link:
      You need to input your IP address in appropriate field.

        I could checked the server is located in Tokyo.
        However, some websites I often use recognize the server is located in the US. This is not an ignorable problem for me.
        I’m sorry. I’m going to use another VPN service.
