  1. Thanks. I thought it would just be a heavy load. I need to exit in Australia for what I am doing. I’ll just keep trying. I know it will take some time to find the appropriate capacity needed for the excellent service you provide your customers. Thank you.

Are you commenting from your real IP? Because if you do, its not our server, its your location.

      • Hmm. I left a reply here yesterday while connected to the Australian server but apparently it didn’t show up.

I did try using Internet Explorer (I normally use Chrome) because Chrome has been acting weird today. I vaguely recollect that something is going to be shut off in Chrome (NAPI or PAPI or something like that. I can’t seem to find the article I read about that.) so I thought I’d try a different browser. I couldn’t stream in IE either.

Feel free to contact me if you need more information or if I need to open a support ticket.

  2. Connection today, April 10, is really slow. Too slow to stream video. Even facebook is noticeably slow loading. I tried running SpeedTest .net but it would even load enough to run.

Hi! Which server did you choose?

      • I just selected Australia, Sydney from the Select Server options. I am using a Windows 7 desktop. I do have a device I can try if that might help.

Is the exit server bandwidth shared with all users exiting in a particular location? Maybe everyone is as excited as me to use the server.

I’m afraid its not about the device, its about the server’s load at the moment. Could you please try Singapore?
